There wasn’t really any interesting stuff going on at PlanetSide 2‘s booth over at Gamescom 2012, with just the usual queuing up for a try at the demo. Being 1 of those who got my beta key from PC Gamer magazine, I asked the staff when will I get to download the client, in which the reply was “next Monday”.
I only had 1 major problem during the demo, which was getting ganked right outside the spawn point. Ok, this is part of the game, but it seems there aren’t really quite enough players now to help cover each others ass. PlanetSide 2 should be damn awesome once it is open to everyone.
