After years in preparation, the Japan server for League of Legends will finally open its doors on 1 March! Players should be exhilarated as Riot Games will be handling the game through its local office, rather than finding a publisher. Japanese players in the North America server now have the option to transfer to their domestic server, and will apparently get a free Blood Moon Yasuo skin as well.
